Educational Eligibility :
Qualification is Intermediate/ +2 in relevant subject or its equivalent qualification from a recognised university.
Age Bond :
Upper age limit for Forest Guard Posts is 30 years and lower age limit for Forest Guard Posts is 18 years as on 01st January, 2016.
Selection Process :
Himachal Pradesh Forest Department selection committee will conduct written exam, Physical Efficiency Test PET and Personality Test for all candidates.

Himachal Pradesh Forest department requires hard copy of application forms in prescribed format only. Application mode is offline. Last date for receipt of completed application form is 24th August, 2016.
A) Download application from Himachal Pradesh Forest Department website.
B) Fill the details of name of the candidate, DOB, Educational information etc.
C) Attach required testimonials to application form and send to given address before 24th August, 2016.
D) Address is "Himachal Pradesh Forest Department, Himachal Pradesh, PIN No. - 175 101".

- Qualification Certificate
- Birth certificate
- Application form must be made in the language of Hindi.
- Fill the form neatly with blue colour ink pen in all capital letters.
